Before coaching, I spent fifteen years in talent acquisition: startups, Fortune 500s, global companies across four continents. Eventually I stopped watching and crossed the terrain myself. Now I walk it with one leader at a time. Is this therapy?
No. Therapy looks back to heal. This work looks inward to build. If therapy is what you actually need, I'll say so and help you find someone good.
Is this spiritual? Do I have to believe anything?
No. People hear "consciousness" and label it woo woo. I get it. The frameworks come from psychology and peer-reviewed research, and every one gets tested against your real life: your decisions, your relationships, your calendar. What works stays. What doesn't goes.
